1515 Poydras Collaboration Center Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in 1515/1555 Poydras Collaboration Center located on the first floor of 1515 Poydras Building Suite 150.

When submitting are reservation request through Building Engines, you hereby understand and agree to the Guidelines for Use of the 1515/1555 Collaboration Center. You also agree to communicate these Guidelines to all event participants. Please keep in mind that the room is not booked until you have received an approval notification. 

The Collaboration Center is only available to the tenants of the 1515 & 1555 Poydras Buildings.

• In hopes that the Collaboration Center will meet your function needs, please review our guidelines below:
• The Collaboration Center is available Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Please be mindful of the other tenants in the building and limit your dates to no more than two (2) events per month
• The center consisting of a twelve (12) person conference room table, chairs and two (2) four (4) person break out rooms
• Please do not pin, tape or hang items on the walls or doors of the Collaboration Center
• Rooms and/or audio-visual equipment are to be left in the same condition that they were found and will be inspected by a JLL Management team member at the conclusion of the meeting
• The tenant is responsible for any loss or damage to the facilities and/or equipment while in their use and for any cleaning requirements resulting from their use of the space. Any such costs will be charged to the tenant​

Once the request is received, an approval or denial confirmation will be emailed through Prism. Please keep in mind that the room is not booked until you have received this confirmation.
